    That looks closer to an inch, longer than the one in the photo.

    Yep that one is longer. I confused that owner also when I posted the picture to Facebook.

    Seems like two people had the same idea at the same time. One person bought through me and the other directly from Deadlywind.

    Yep within a week we had requests to build a 1.75 and a 2.0 inch Stella whip. 1 inch of that is up inside the aluminum so these suckers are not much out front..

    They did a 15" tip for me, I like it because it lets me differentiate between the smaller bore and larger bore tips I have. I also prefer a 15" barrel for some reason after shooting a Lapco Tight Stick for the better part of the last 2 years.

    We used to have the 15" whip tips as a "show special" but they have proved so popular that we now carry them in the online store also www.inceptiondesigns.com

    FWIW I actually think net reaction to the change from 14" standard to 15" has been positive. That said, plenty of complainers in both configurations.
