Just wondering, why would u half scale an ar?
Cause he can, and probably because of laws for where he lives at. Tippmann Ordnance has a beltfed .22lr thompson. Or, the half scale is for a child that wants the AR look but can't handle a full load...
I seriously doubt it's a legal issue.
From reading the thread, it sounds like he wants to build something that blends the form of an AR and a handgun.
