Mech Ego/Combining 3 Ways

Got the Mac43 a few days ago, waiting on the order from ASP (and an Ego at some point)

Picked up these:

so that I can make my Etha mechanical too!

Update:

Got the parts in from ASP today. Just blowing through the solenoid and activating the manual button (drilled through the housing) made the rammer move, but my lung volume isn't at quite the right PSI.
Need to actually pick up an Ego.
