    Can we get an open source chrono?

    I came accross this today and I thought "why not run this by inception"

    it would be awesome if the 10$ chrono was an open source blueprint.

    Been there done that, 12 years ago. Doc still has my prototype. Even at 20mhz I could not get decent shot to shot consistency of measurement, but perhaps I made some crucial errors in code.

    20 MHz board speed... for 1 m/s resolution I would think you'd only need to sample at 5-10 khz max which should be doable with a 20MHz clock.

    Sounds like something funky was goin' on.
