Marker ownership made more difficult in Malaysia

Seems like pretty big news, Malaysia seems to be one of the larger hubs in the region. I'm not sure how much this escalates their regulation or how difficult it will be to join a club, though.

sounds pretty serious, from what I understood and i could be wrong but does it say only field owners can own guns? This is definatly going to hinder the sport though in what I thought was an emerging market
