Get a big enough dog, and that problem will solve itself.

OMG. I love Puppies. Especially retrievers, labs and the like.

I'm not allowed a dog (not that I'd want one until then..) until I graduate/have steady income when I can actually take care of it.

He's a collie/samoyed mix. He was one of 8 in the litter. Drove 2.5 hours down to the shelter, stayed for 20 min and drove 2.5 hours back. A champ!

A few indoor accidents thus far, but doing well overall. We're training for on and off leash walking, and he's LOVING all the space to run around (as well as lots of things to chew on - we've already killed a DVD container.)

    cats are evil.

damn girls cat kept attacking my feet last night. result: strolling into work with needle like holes all over my feet 45 minutes late, not rested or showered, in the same clothes i left work yesterday in.

    fuck cats.

We have two cats, and recently rescued a black lab. The cats still rule the house. The "alpha" role was very quickly established, and the dog lost.

    Jake's a cute pup!
