Thread: All Time Favorite Milling?

  1. #11
Those Dragon cockers look pretty awesome in person, teammate has one. I think Gene from Gat Products still has a few of them left, there's where my friend got his.

    A well-built Karta looks fantastic
I've always wanted an A-bomb timmy, and then get a city skyline laser engraved onto the ram tube.
RL Shocker's are awesome, just for the little details.

Hybrid SFT all day, that was almost single handedly THE marker that got me thinking about making paintball markers/shaping metal

    after that

Karta/Dallara/Chord V2, I distinctly remember being blown away the first time I stumbled upon each of those bodies in Automag picture threads
    darq marq, and closer
CCMT2 (no milling but the slim and simple style is very attractive to me)
    Gen 4 Empire, 2k5'd Ripper 2, vanilla G6R, and Ripper 3 intimidators
    Eclipse DC2 and Karnivor

I suppose I am more attracted to an overall look as opposed to singular milled features, I think one of the deciding factors in how people decide if a marker is ugly vs. amazing is how it flows within itself. All of the parts must be speaking the "same language" design wise in order to achieve an overall look. This is not always just the milling, things like having an angled foregrip or hiding the eyes within the marker can help accomplish this.

You have already mentioned some of my favorites, like the darq marq and 2k6 infamous intimidator, but a milling pattern I have always been partial to is the Dangerous Power Threshold.

Yeah, I'd go with Karta and Dallara too.

In process. Literally. On. My. Screen. Now.

Some of my work I am not sure if I like or not as I go through phases. Happy with the full body Kryptonite though for sure.

From others, the Evolution Autococker, SL8R would be high up there along with the early Ripper guns. Hybrid shocker is another good one.
