I know you have a lot sku's already but what about just offering different part numbers for the different adapters, i can see a lot of the non-common ones ending up like the little stub that comes in the empire packaging, thrown in a box some where...

I see it a little different... I see the stubs going up for sale and people getting cheap/ free empire replacement uppers.

Got tired of having to used an allen wrench on my excalibur feedneck. I also like to be able to remove my hopper mid game just in case of choppage (my excal rarely chops).
