Welp, the water pump got done a while ago and i just got around to changing the transmission fluid.
It was actually easier than I anticipated. Didn't bother with the filter as it's just a wire screen and my local dealership told me it's not terribly necessary. Just pulled the fluid return from the radiator, fed it into a graduated bucket, ran the engine for a bit while feeding fresh fluid into the tranny. No more pressure than is applied by normal operation. Shifts fantastic now, though. I was pretty relieved the fluid wasn't burned and I didn't see anything significant re:shavings, although it was pretty brown.
Still need to get around to those rotors... simple job, just one of those things.
