well, its official, its actually a coup now: https://thehill.com/regulation/court...elay-electoral texas sues to have WI, PA, GA and and MI throw out mail in ballots, case directly to the supreme court. calls for an unending delay of transition of power.

another day in totally normal, nothing is weird, and everything is ok, the democrats did this in 2016 dont worry about it, kathy griffith head pic is uncivil, 2020.

Re: the Pennsylvania case at the USSC

It's a special kind of "fuck off" when a justice (Alito) passes a case along to their colleagues then votes with them in unanimity against hearing it.

Riddle me this: Is it worse that the lawsuit(s) has no merit, that it was just a loyalty oath to trump or that no matter how farcical these lawsuits are, that they are not turning away their political base?

    Definitely the latter.

Well the whole Paxton(AG from Texas)/Texas lawsuit is getting support from other republican state's legislators in a loyalty pledge to trump, even though the argument that it was unconstitutional for those states to have early voting because of the pandemic, which is ironic because Texas allowed early voting because of the pandemic.

GOP openly suing to overturn an election won by 7 million votes, supported by 17 republican states.

it should be deadly obvious 40% of the country doesn't give a flying fuck about democracy. they are openly declaring themselves fascists now.
