"Dutch intelligence agencies have done stellar work regarding Russian misinformation campaigns after MH17. They helped uncover 65000 misinformation tweets from Russian accounts in the 2 days after the downing do the airliner. The information about the trollfarm interfering in the US elections was also uncovered by them as they watched it happen real time through a hacked webcam. They further were the agency that discovered the violation of the missile treaty by Russia and they managed to find out that 2 Russian agents entered the Netherlands and attempted to hack the OPCW which is seated in The Hague. Chapeau Dutch intelligence!!

You know, after all the spiteful bullshit my (farming) cousin threw at his family running up to 2016, I'm getting a decent bit of schadenfreude watching Trump shit all over rural America with these tariffs.

So the GoP tax cut last year overwhelmingly favored the wealthy, and now we're looking at the biggest regressive tax increase in 30 years. Yes, tariffs amount to consumption taxes. Yes, consumption taxes are regressive. Yeah, Republicans really care about the poor (that last bit was sarcasm).

Indefensible. The GoP is morally bankrupt.

"Using geocoded survey data from 2017, this paper shows that as the distance to the U.S.*Mexico border increases, Republicans are more likely to support building a wall along the entire border with Mexico due to a lack of direct contact, supplanting direct information with partisan beliefs."

Implied: Republican partisan beliefs are fucked up and isolationist. I'll leave the R word out this time just for shits and giggles.
