    45 frame slide adjustments

I've adjusted the cocking lug on my new predator a bit so it releases a smidge earlier in the pull and I've got a lot of extra movement at the end after the 3way and ram engage. I didn't take off the grips yet, but is there a rear travel screw in there to shorten the pull at all? If not any suggestions for shortening it? I know back in the day we used to hammer flat the 3way rod, but I don't want to damage my ID bits

It only takes a minute to pop the grips off to check.....

I don't recall if the pre-FLE frames had a back stop, but I believe they do. Give it a look.

Yeah I took the grips off and only saw a couple screws that hold the plate and sear in place. Adjusting either didn't seem to do anything

Pre FLE frames do not have a front and rear trigger stop unless it's a frame with the PUMP AT cam hole and then you can put one of the AT Blank off/Rear trigger stops into it. The first Predators didn't have such frames so it's unlikely yours does unless it started out as a pump Predator.

I purchased an FLE frame earlier today, arriving in a few days
