Here are some pics. The first is original the foregrip against a square. I could get a clear pic of the second foregrip against a square because the gap is smaller, but I took a picture of it on the gun.
I don't understand how a bent frame could be the cause if the tops of the foregrips are milled flat the or the top/back corner isn't 90*.

It shouldn't look like that. I just checked three guns here. Two were a perfect match and one had a slight angle.
I agree it doesn't look like a frame issue either.
I haven't seen anything like that before.
I would contact paintball solutions and send the whole gun back so they can make sure it is right for you.
