Really want to model the board? okay well here are a few things.. first of all, the header I am using is a smidgen smaller than the part you have there, which I presume is from some kind of parts library, it is one of these:

Now then, on the bottom there will be a 3-pin 90-degree header which is exactly the same as you might find on an R/C reciever, something like these:

The middle 4 holes are the USB interface, that will be a 4-pin vertical header most probably like this:

As for the components, they will be both on top and bottom, and be standard SOIC-ish type components, 0402 resistors, 0603 capacitors.
The connector on the bottom will allow expansion to a daughterboard (I have several planned, but the primary one will be a board hooked up to one of these:
